Do we need n8n or can you use Zapier/Make?
We default to n8n because it's self-hostable, has no per-task pricing, and supports complex workflow logic that Zapier's simplified model can't handle. For simpler use cases, we'll recommend the right tool for the job.
What AI models do you use?
Primarily OpenAI GPT-4o for classification, scoring, and content generation. We use the appropriate model for each task — smaller models for high-volume classification, larger models for generation quality.
Can this work with our existing CRM?
Yes. We have pre-built integration patterns for HubSpot, Salesforce, and Pipedrive. For other CRMs with APIs, we build custom n8n nodes.
What happens if an automation fails?
n8n has built-in error handling and retry logic. All workflow executions are logged with full input/output detail. We configure error notifications to Slack and email so failures are caught immediately.
